Colour Therapy

I was introduced to the Spirale Colour Therapy system earlier on this year at a workshop in Melbourne by its creator Pascale Osanz.  It works on a combination of colours, light and energies. It involves a self-selection of 12 coloured bottles which is arranged into a Colour Matrix.  This selection process is done without conscious though to better allow our sub-conscious to show us the relevant information we need to know now. It is a ‘feeling’ process not a ‘thinking’ one and allows us to trust our inner guidance.

The colour matrix selection helps you to discover:

  • our purpose and direction in this life as we see it right now (& also shows the past)
  • possible difficulties or blockages we may encounter in trying to achieve this mission (more unblocked the more we discover the gifts we possess to help achieve our purpose)
  • where we are at the moment in relation to our mission
  • possibilities likely to arise in the future

Colour is a living energy and part of every aspect of life.  We use it daily to express ourselves, often subconsciously through our clothing, flowers, home & furnishings, garden,  crystals, food and oils.  The colours we chose do have an effect on us and having an understanding of the power behind the colour simply allows us to make better choices and use it in our daily life to help us better achieve what we want. There are many aspects to the colours that we use including those we chose to not use and the density of these colours (stronger/ lighters shades of the colour).

The Spiral colour system also involves the Chakra System.  The seven main chakras of our body filter energy from our environment and take it into the body and ensure there is a harmonious flow of energy within the body on all levels.  Its important that each chakra is balanced with each other and in itself a healthy size, shape and density. Each chakra has its own vibration and are very similar to those of the colour spectrum with each chakra associated with a particular colour: red (at base), orange (sacral/spleen), yellow (solar plexus), green (heart), light blue (throat), blue (third eye/brow), violet (at crown).

The Spirale colours help us to get in touch with the deeper aspects of ourselves, healing the cause that lie behind the dis-ease and helps to bring to light any emotional problems in this lifetime that will stop us from getting in touch with our true potential.
