Well Women Expo: 10th September 2017

What a beautiful day it was to celebrate the first gathering of the Well Woman Expo on Tamborine Mountain. A special gathering and welcoming by Aboriginal elder, Aunty Ruby Rose (via speaker phone!) set the tone for the importance of connecting community, supporting and uplifting one another in the morning.

The glorious weather allowed for some meandering through a variety of stalls, demonstrations of yoga, stretching, meditation, zumba and enjoying the free esoteric massages, facials and art therapy with the sounds of drumming in the background.  A lot of locals visited and found some exciting new people promoting health and wellbeing on the mountain.  The beautiful grounds of the Jasmin Organics farm proved to be a wonderful location, with tours open to the public through the day of their building and products.

It was a delight to hold a stall and meet some lovely people on the day, visitors and exhibitors alike! I enjoyed presenting talks through the day on creating a more healthier and harmonious home. Some photos of the event are below with more on the Well Women Expo Facebook page.

And the winner is….

As part of this event, I was giving away two Healthy Homes Audit’s (worth $99 each), one as part of the main raffle (winner will be announced on the Facebook page) and the other is going to ……Stef…… Congratulations!  I will be in touch and am looking forward to doing this audit for you.
