The Natural Health Expo is on again and I’m looking forward to being a part of this wonderful collection of natural health practitioners in a few weeks time!

Hundreds of people came along last year and the energy of the event was amazing! Come along to have a look and talk to some great local health practitioners and learn more about different ways natural health and living can improve your health and wellbeing

Ill have a stall and be giving a talk as well at 11am to share the ‘Top 5 Hidden Stressors in your Home and ways to reduce these’. As well, Ill be doing a short demonstration on locating geopathic stress at the Expo.

Tickets to the event are free and those that book prior to the event go in the draw for some amazing natural health prizes. This includes one of our tickets to ‘Create a Harmonious Home | Autumn Workshop’ coming up in May 4th.
