A wonderful community of local women on Tamborine Mountain will be gathering on Sunday 10th Sept at the Well Women Expo.

The day is focused on promoting health and wellbeing for women, creating connections within the local community and a lovely day out on the mountain. Its in collaboration with the Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week, which runs from the 4-8th September annually and is concerned with the promotion of health and wellbeing of all women of every age and background.

Healthy Spaces By Design will be presenting a talk on creating healthy and harmonious homes at 11am and 1pm.  A collection of beautiful handmade beeswax candles will also be available on the day.  There are some wonderful health benefits of beeswax candles that you can read more about here.

A number of local people have become part of this event, creating stalls, holding demonstrations and presenting information on local options available that can enhance your health and wellbeing.
